Hamilton & Todd Consulting LLC was founded in 2023 by two dedicated professionals who share a passion for service and excellence. With a combined experience of over 18 years in government and military service, we’ve honed our skills in understanding and navigating complex Department of Defense systems. Our consulting firm is committed to empowering clients at both the federal and state levels, helping them reach their business goals with precision and dedication.

Meet the Team

Samantha Hamilton
As a military spouse and seasoned government and corporate professional, Samantha brings over eight years of experience from roles within the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, Defense Commissary Agency, and Department of the Air Force. Her diverse background also includes experience in small franchise payroll services, human resources, healthcare management, and technical project coordination. Samantha is Scrum Master certified and well-versed in globally recognized insurance systems. Her deep understanding of government and corporate operations, coupled with her commitment to helping others, ensures that clients receive insightful, reliable guidance every step of the way.

Ekemini Nsentip-Todd
With 10 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Army, Ekemini brings extensive expertise in logistics and supply management. As a 92A - Automated Logistical Specialist, she supervised and managed stock records, warehouse functions, and maintained essential equipment records and parts. Additionally, in his role as a 92Y - Unit Supply Specialist, she was responsible for overseeing all Army supplies and equipment, including receiving, inspecting, inventorying, and securing weapons and ammunition in high-security areas. Having held these roles at two of the largest military installations in the U.S.—Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington and Fort Campbell in Kentucky—Ekemini applies a disciplined approach and hands-on experience to tackle complex projects, ensuring timely results with clear communication and a focus on budget adherence.
